Goods will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail or via UPS Express service.

Please allow 48 hours for delivery. If your goods are not with you in this please contact us and we will re-arrange delivery.

Delivery Prices

Shipping prices quoted are for UK shipping. Overseas orders will be quoted on receipt of the order, and the customer will be contacted with the actual amount before the order is processed.

Shipping costs are charged per order based on the total value, not per item. This means you could pay the same delivery for 100 toys as you would for 10, so the more you order, the more you save!

Some parts of the UK are subject to additional delivery charges. These areas are as follows:

Areas in postal codes AB, PH, IV, PA, ZE, HS, KA
Northern Ireland
All other off-shore islands

You will be notified of additional delivery charges prior to dispatch if your order comes from one of these locations.
